Responsibilities:
Lead team in development of loudspeaker systems
Research, review and analyze concepts, designs and patents
Approve parts drawing and specifications
Supervise prototyping including set-up and testing
Supervise tests and approval of required components and materials
Involve in BOM costing, design-to-cost optimization and engineering process optimization
Support speaker manufacturing, especially QA support
Interface with internal R&D centers and external research institutes and vendors
Requirements:
5 years speaker design experience, including 2 years of leading design teams
Degree in physics, engineering or electronics
Good technical knowledge in acoustics design and measurement
Able to manage team to meet tight deadlines
Able to communicate effectively on technical issues in English
Willing to travel frequently
