in der oper "carmen" gab es eine ähnliche message in der die liebe mit einem vogel verglichen wird der sich nicht einsperren lässt und nur da landet wo er will. lindemanns macht aus dem tier ein raubtier ... ich finds einfach klasse.

Da gibts viele...vor allem von Metallica, weil James seine Texte sehr gut verfassen kann ohne dass sie so direkt etc, klingen, ich hab mir das Songbook Hit The Lights geholt, da stehen sämtliche Interpretationen zu allen Metallica Texten drin, ist wirklich zu empfehlen!!

Da erfährt man wirklich Sachen...

Ja ich find den Text auch gut.........es is zwar in gewisser weise privat, aber es is un bleibt ein guter Text, der auch sehr schön vom Instrumentalen unterstrichen wird.

Die Nevermore Texte sind allesamt verdammt geil. Teilweise sehr schwer bzw. frei zu interpretieren, allerdings ist die Art, wie Dane die englische Sprache nutzt, einfach nur faszinierend.

Ein Beispiel:

Wen's interessiert, das ganze Album ist als Konzept aufgebaut und es geht darum (wenn ich richtig verstehe), dass eine Frau Selbstmord im Wasser begeht und ihren Freund (den Erzähler) darum bittet, sich ebenfalls umzubringen. Interessant dabei ist, dass Warrel Dane mit dieser Geschichte den Tod eines ihn sehr nahe stehenden Menschen verarbeitet.

Die Machine Head Lyrics gefallen mir übrigens auch sehr gut, speziell "Descend the Shades of Night" - sehr geil.

Einen lieblings Text hab ich auch nicht , nur bestimmte die mir ganz gut gefallen. Zum Beispiel die Text von Carcass Swansong, vielleicht nicht ihr bestes Album aber die Text find ich dort recht gut. Auch sehr cooles Textkonzept ist auf dem Elements Album von Atheist, obwohl viele der Texte dort meist in einer Nacht geschrieben worden sind.
Auch geil sind verschieden Textstellen die in Lieder so richtig gut zur Geltung kommen, z.B. Death - Symbolic :

die Stelle kommt extrem geil.

Ach ja, warum eigentlich? Weil es das, wofür es im deutschen ein wunderschönes Wort gibt, ausdrückt, aber nicht darin verharrt, sondern die Kraft der Musik beschwört um es wegzustoßen: Weltschmerz.
