Ein paar Anmerkungen:

To drink someone under the table Weiß nicht, ob das geht. Jemanden unter den Tisch saufe ist ja ne deutsche Redewendung. Hast Du das irgendwo gefunden? Sonst: addicted to drink heißt trinksüchtig: I promised it would end / to be addicted to drink
Now it's comin' 'round again coming round again? kenn ich nicht. Redewendung?

Einige Wendungen kenne ich nicht. Wenn Du Dir nicht sicher bist, dann kontaktiere mal einen native speaker.

Aber sonst: Man könnte sicher poetischere Ausdrücke finden, aber die Sprache paßt zum Gegenstand. Mehr muß nicht.

Wird da ein song draus und kann man den mal hören?

Ich hab mehrere Freunde deren Eltern zuhause Englisch sprechen und habe mind. 10 Std. Englisch in der Woche in der Schule(Politik, Erdkunde & Geschichte + das normal Fach Englisch)..
"to drink someone under the table" kann man genauso übernehmen, hab ich schon in einigen Interview's von Rockstars gehört/gelesen.

"Now it's comin' 'round again" heisst soviel wie "jetzt kommt es doch wieder zurück" oder "jetzt macht es wieder bei mir halt" so in der Art.

"So many stars in my achin' conk" - aching = schmerzend, conk ist ein anderes Wort für Kopf.

Es wird ein Song draus, mal sehen wie schnell mein Gitarrist das hinbekommt
Ich denke es wird noch eine Weile dauern ;-)
