Ah habs jetzt auch gesehen. jaja das ist schon älter, steht zumindest auf kvr. Sieht auch nicht gerade modern aus vom GUI her.

vielleicht ist es nur für ProTools...
wenn's wirklich älter ist, muss auch der Name Eventide nicht unbedingt etwas bedeuten
als deren 2016 als Plugin erschien, war das richtig gut
hatte davon noch eine Demo rumliegen, die einen ilok nur abfragt und mal mit dem Valhalla Room verglichen
ich fand das 2016 immer genial bedienbar (war also voreingenommen) aber der Sound war kaum zu unterscheiden
(beim > 5fachen Preis)

Dass die GUI allerdings ein wenig antiquiert wirkt, da geb ich dir recht.
Aber nicht von den Features, da bietet das Plug-in wirklich viel.
Hoffe ich komme bald dazu, es zu testen.

Ja ich, hier, wobei das eher ein Eindruck als ein wirklicher Test des Plugins ist

@Reflex: Nein, schau in den Kommentaren ab Seite 14:

It's probably been done to drive plugin user traffic to Eventide website. Ultrachannel is a re release of a plugin from 2006 which was part of a much larger bundle the rest will follow and now we all got a taste for them.

- The tiny GUI
On todays higher resolution displays, it's simply too small
- no Analyzer
Common in everything surgical, today. Not in 2006.
- Pace / iLok protection
pretty save sailing with Pace, around 2006. Not around 2012 ( and many other 'eras' ).
- Pace on a free plugin
As hard as it is to wrap a plugin into Pace code, as hard it is, to get it off again.
- A 'big' plugin for free
I guess a V3, addressing the 2006 issues, is in the making and will cost a upgrade fee.
Similar to Soundtoys

Other niggles :
- Low spec'd Gate.
- Low spec'd De-Esser
- No numerical read outs

Again, apart from spreading the Pace virus, the above cons are minor.
Still a good free plugin.

If You need a good channelstrip and can spend some money,
I'd recommend Voxengo ( Voxformer )
Sadly, one of the best is no longer available -- Mixcontrol Pro V1
( with the outstanding compressor code from Michael Olsen )

Wollte gerade Ultrachannel installieren, scheitere aber an der ILock Registrierung. Ich berkomme bereits direkt von http://www.ilok.com/ Fehler.
Mit Chrome und IE bekomme ich

Ich arbeite von zu Hause und habe keinen Proxy eingestellt.

vielleicht kannst du die Verbindung mit https direkt aufbauen - anscheinend funktioniert da etwas beim Wechsel nicht
(die erste Adresse ist http, die zweite https - das System sollte den Wechsel regeln)
vielleicht sind es aber auch Nachwehen der Heartbleed Nummer, da sind einige am rödeln...

Nein geht auch nicht. Ich habe es jetzt auch am Handy via GSM versucht. Dort das gleiche, es muss also wohl an der Seite liegen, oder erreicht sie jemand "normal"?

Hallo zusammen,

wollte mal etwas fragen: habe mir von Waves ADT gegönnt. Jetzt hat alles geklappt mit Serial etc. Habe auch schon mehrere Effekte von Waves. Alles bisher gut funktioniert.

Jetzt wollte ich es in Cubase starten. Doch sobald ich es in der Effekt Liste auswähle(artist 7.5) hängt es sich jedesmal auf (Cubase funktioniert nicht mehr)

Ich hatte bis jetzt noch nie Probleme mit Waves "Kram".

Also, falls jemand eine idee hat, oder ich mich einfach nur zu doof anstelle: Gerne her damit

Aktualisiere mal den Treiber deiner Grafikkarte, und schau, ob's hilft.

Ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem mit Cubase 5.0. Ein Upgrade auf Cubase 5.5 hat den Fehler behoben.

Danke schonmal, aber hat leider nix gebracht.

Ich habe es nochmal mit Steinberg Wavelab Elements 8 (64) getestet. Dort läuft es ohne Probleme.
