Ich hab grad mal die Zeit gefunden einen Text zu überarbeiten, den ich vor einiger Zeit geschrieben hab.
Handelt von der Liebe der Männer zu großen Autos und dem Unverständniss der Frauen.
Nichts Spektakuläres. Ist selbstverständlich auch nicht zu Ernst zu nehmen, aber das sollte man hoffentlich dem Text entnehmen können. Wer möchte kann ja mal büschen korrigieren.

"hodgepodge" ist voll das kinderwort und meint "kuddelmuddel", im englischen klingt die kombination "eisnernes kuddelmuddel" genauso seltsam wie im deutschen.
At my old dodge
musste wohl dann einen neuen reim finden, von dodge gibt es ja auch modelle, da ist der reim sicher einfacher, zb charger, challenger...usw

schönen Dank dafür, auch für die Korrektur des anderen Textes an dieser Stelle.
Dann brauch ich den nicht unnötig hochpuschen. Bin zufrieden mit den Vorschlägen und Korrekturen.
Für die Kinderzeile fällt mir schon noch was ein, denk ich.

Ja nicht schlecht.
Passt allerdings nicht ganz von der Länge her.
Den kann ich nur so singen:
Don't spit out of your lodge
on my old dodge
das down krieg ich auch grad noch so unter wenn's muss,
aber luxury leider nicht.
Ansonsten gefällt mir der Vorschlag. Würde ihn übernehmen.

Na da kann ich ja glatt noch ne zusätzliche Strophe draus basteln
Ich hatte x-Riffs Vorschlag eingebaut.
Vielleicht mach ich doch noch nen kleinen Vers oder ne bridge damit.
