No one knows the things that I really fear
das "that" ist hier zu viel. Das nimmt man eigentlich nur bei negativen oder verneinenden Aussagen. Einfach weglassen.
You don't believe in what I'm gonna do
Why don't you see that you're the one I need?
das gleiche hier, das "that" ist zu viel. Das Deutsche ".., dass .." kann man nicht mit "that" übersetzen.

Der Satz ist unnötig kompliziert und wirkt daher nicht gut. Warum nicht "You just showed me your fucking back"?
You never believed, believed in me
Now it's time to beat up, beat up my fears

Bei Inalienable possession benutzt man immer das Genitiv S, man sagt immer "look into eyes"

Now ist DAS Signalwort für Present Progressiv

Wieder dein "Now"-Problem. So langsam wird die Erzählebene auch nicht mehr deutich: Sie hat dich verlassen (past) du verlässt sie (present), sie wird dich vermissen (future), aber am ende bedauert sie dich (present) du wirst sehen (future)

Gegen Ende des Textes kommt man wegen der Zeiten überhaupt nicht mehr hinterher, wann was passiert ist oder passieren wird.
