Medeli AKX10 neue Firmware 1.3.7 erschienen

Eine neue Firmware 1.3.7 wurde veröffentlicht. Es behandelt die bisher genannten Probleme und öffnet den Style Editor komplett. Damit ist das Keyboard eine uneingeschränkte Konkurrenz zu Yamahas SX600 und 700, sowie Korg PA300

1. Added portamento time Fixed mode in Sound Edit.

1. Enabled Sound Edit for expansion sounds.
2. The function selections of the pedals will be saved when power off.
3. The Octave settings of R1, R2 and R3 now can be changed simultaneously by using [Short Cut +] and Octave buttons.
4. Added Keyboard/Style volume balance option in [Controller] – [Knob] – [Master].
5. A new Style Edit function: opened all channel mapping and chord options, and most of the parameters can be changed while auditioning during playback, etc.

[Optimizations]

1. Fixed an issue that sometimes the tempo setting from MIDI IN was less by 1 BPM.
2. Fixed an issue that the style playback speed was sometimes affected by USB stick access.
3. Improved USB Audio compatibility with some Android systems.
4. MIDI IN notes to keyboard parts can now be controlled by panel Part ON/OFF buttons, and Octave, Transpose settings.
5. MIDI IN notes to chord part can now be controlled by panel Chord ON/OFF button.
6. Improved the switching rules for half bar fill in playback.
7. Fixed an issue that the style of a merged expansion pack sometimes cannot be called from Album.
8. Enlarged the touch response area of the track names in Mixer.
9. Other various improvements and bug fixes.

Wann eine neue Version für das 98% baugleiche Thomann AK-X1100 kommt ist mir nicht bekannt. (Das Thomann hat weniger Sample/Expansion-Speicher und weniger User-Speicherplätze, ist sonst identisch)

Noch ein paar Infos, die ich bei Medeli einholen konnte:

Mit dem nächsten Firmwareupdate soll die nachträgliche Auswahl/das Ändern von Instrumenten im Sound-Modus (Sequenzer) ermöglicht werden.

Die Grand Suite Software soll eine Vorschau-Option erhalten, mit der Styles direkt vorgehört werden können.

Das quasi Baugleiche thomann AK-X1100 erhält das aktuelle Update später und kann dann bei thomann heruntergeladen werden.

Hallo zusammen,

first time poster, daher erstmal Grüße an alle!

Ich habe kürzlich ein Medeli AKX10 gekauft, neuste FW ist installiert (1.3.7), "Lock" ist nicht aktiviert.

Im großen und ganzen funktioniert alles (viel Key für's Geld), aber verschiedene Basisfunktionen gehen nicht.
Das irritiert natürlich etwas, vielleicht kann es mal jmd. (z.B. @LordB) bei sich testen, ob es ein 1.3.7-Problem ist oder ein User-Problem ;-)
Medeli habe ich parallel angetriggert.

Beispiele für Ungereimtheiten:

Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 2:
Normalerweise bedeutet eine weiße Checkbox, das eine Funktion inaktiv ist und eine rote Checkbox, das eine Funktion aktiv ist.
Bei der Funktion "High Contrast" bedeutet jedoch eine weiße Checkbox, das die Funktion aktiv ist (und grau = inaktiv).

Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 2:
Bei aktiviertem "High Contrast" bedeutet bei "Breathing Light" eine weiße Checkbox, das die Funktion inaktiv ist und eine rote Checkbox, das die Funktion aktiv ist.
Wird "High Contrast" deaktiviert, bedeutet hingegen eine weiße Checkbox bei "Breathing Light", das die Funktion inaktiv ist und eine graue Checkbox, das die Funktion aktiv ist.
D.h. die Farbgebung ist inkonsistent.

Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 3:
Alle Änderungen bei Year/Month/Day and Hour/Minute sind nach Neustart wider auf Werkseinstellung (= 2018) zurückgesetzt.

Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 4:
Die Buttons für "Backup" und "Restore" sind immer ausgegraut und grundsätzlich nicht anwählbar.

Group Knobs (links oben):
Wenn ich auf "Assign1/2/3" wechsele, die drei Regler verstelle und mit Store speichere (Bank 001, Performance Memory 1), sind die Werte bei erneutem Aufruf von Performance Memory 1 wieder auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt.
Wenn ich jedoch auf "Assign1/2/3" wechsele, die drei Regler verstelle, dann via Select Button auf "Cutoff/Resonance/Volume" wechsele und dann erst mit "Store" speichere, bleiben die Einstellungen gespeichert.
Und wenn ich dann mit dem Select Button wieder auf Assign1/2/3 wechsele und wieder mit "Store" speichere, sind die Werte beim erneuten Aufruf wieder auf die Grundeinstellungen zurückgesetzt.
Ziemlich spooky...

For the "High Contrast" function, however, a white checkbox means that the function is active (and grey = inactive). Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 2: When "High Contrast" is activated, "Breathing Light" means that the function is inactive and a red checkbox that the function is active. If "High Contrast" is deactivated, however, a white checkbox for "Breathing Light" means that the function is inactive and a grey checkbox that the function is active. This means that the whole color scheme is inconsistent.

--We will optimize this "High Contrast" theme in next firmware upgrade (V1.4).

2. Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 3: All changes to Year/Month/Day and Hour/Minute are reseted to "2018" after restart.

-- Due to some abnormal reason ,the battery on main board is empty, Please contact your dealer about the battery replace.

3. Global Settings -> Utility -> Config 4: The buttons for "Backup" and "Restore" are always grayed out and are not selectable.

-- This function is planned to be developed on our next firmware upgrade (V1.4).

4. Group Knobs (top left): If I switch to "Assign", adjust the three controls (e.g. to min.) and save with "Store" (Bank 001, Peormance Memory 1), the values are reseted to the factory settings when Performance Memory 1 is called up again. However, if I switch to "Assign", adjust the three sliders (e.g. to min.), then switch to "Cutoff, Resonance, Volume" with the Select button and save again with "Store", the settings remain saved. If I then switch back to Assign1/2/3 with the Select Button and save again with "Store", the values are reseted to the basic settings when I call them up again.

-- This function works normal on our side on firmware V1.3.7, this issue is not shown. You could reset to factory and try again. If this issue is still there, Could you please record a short video for us?
