molllust - Das Herz ist Klassik, Metal der Puls.

"Schuld" ist das Debüt der leipziger Opera Metal Band und bietet dem Hörer eine neue Perspektive auf die Verzahnung der beiden Genres Klassik und Metal. Das Fundament bilden das Schlagzeug und treibende, verzerrte Klänge von Gitarre und Bass. Darauf trifft die klassische Instrumentierung, bestehend aus Klavier und Cello sowie eine E-Violine, die mit einem Wechselspiel zwischen klassischer Spielweise und Verzerrung beide Stilrichtungen verbindet. Der warme, eher dunkel gefärbte lyrische Sopran, gelegentlich durch die geradlinigere Männerstimme unterstützt, rundet den Klang von molllust ab. Mit ihren Arrangements aus klassischer Feder geht molllust den Crossover von klassischer Seite aus an, ohne dabei den Metal zu vernachlässigen. Alles zusammen ergibt einen organischen Klang, vielschichtig, häufig anspruchsvoll, und zugleich auch emotional und eingängig.
