Kein Output übers X32

Hallo zusammen

Bin diese Woche vom StudioLive aufs X32 umgestiegen und hab mich schon etwas reingearbeitet. Aber bei einem Punkt steh ich noch auf dem Schlauch, und da wär ich froh, wenn ihr mir weiter helfen könntet (über die Suchfunktion hab ich leider keine ähnliche Probleme gefunden).

Das Pult funktioniert, soweit ich es bisher benutzt habe, einwandfrei. Ich wollte es dann auch zum aufnehmen an den Computer anschliessen und da habe ich das Problem: Ich kann Singale über die X32 aufnehmen, kommen also rein, kann aber nichts über das Pult abspielen. Das hat wohl auch damit zu tun, dass ich in der config(?) nur zwischen Lokal und den beiden AES Ausgängen, nicht aber USB, auswählen kann.

Meine Komponenten:
Cubase Pro auf einem iMac mit OS 10.10. In den Systemeinstellungen und den Geräten im Cubase wird der X-USB angezeigt und ist auswählbar. Einen Treiber brauche ich für Mac ja nicht?!
Die Kanäle sind jeweils auf Out 1 angelegt, sollte also auf CH1 rauskommen?
Das Pult ist über ein USB Kabel angeschlossen; Pult USB 2.0, iMac "herkömmlicher" USB Anschluss. Liegts wohl daran? Das Kabel hab ich auch schon etwas länger... Beim Pult leuchtets beim USB Audio Interface jeweils rot.
Auf dem Dysplay des Pultes sind oben rechts A und B leer, C und D sind grün, also aktiviert.
Hab versucht, die Firmware des Pultes zu updaten, habe im Raum aber kein Internet. Die Firmware auf einem FAT-Formatierten Stick löst beim Start aber nichts aus, wo sehe ich, welche Version bereits drauf ist?


Wenn ihr noch wissen müsstet, sagts mir bitte.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte das eigentlich funktionieren, v. a. weil das Einspielen ja gut funktioniert.

hi,

hast du die INPUTs des pultes auch auf Card 1-8..... geroutet?
lies dich hier mal ein, was das aufnehmen und abspielen via DAW angeht - da gibts eben einige möglichkeiten, die mal mehr - mal weniger sinn machen...

FW-Version steht links oben unter SETUP -> config

Updatevorgang:
For units manufactured March 2013 and after, use the following steps:
1. Download the new console firmware from the X32 product page onto the root level of a USB flash drive.
2. Plug the USB flash drive into the top panel USB connector while the console is turned off.
3. Hold the USB VIEW button depressed while switching the console on to enter the update mode.
4. While booting, the X32 will wait for the USB drive to become ready and then run a fully automated
firmware update.
5. When a USB drive fails to get ready, updating will not be possible and we recommend switching the
console off / on again to boot the previous firmware.
6. The update will take 2-3 minutes longer than the regular boot sequence.

For units manufactured before March 2013, use the following steps:
1. Plug the USB flash drive into the top panel USB connector of the X32 while the console is
switched off.
2. NOTE: Some USB flash drives may fail to initiate the firmware update process because of a
compatibility issue related to memory speed. In the event that a power recycle does not initiate
the firmware update, you may attempt a console reboot while the console is powered up and the
flash drive is inserted. To initiate a reboot, either change the sample rate (on the Setup Page) or
press and release the reset button on the rear panel. Alternatively, you can try another USB flash
drive.
3. Switch the console on. While booting, the X32 will run a fully automatic firmware update, which will take
2-3 minutes longer than the regular boot sequence.
4. Once the firmware update is complete the X32 LCD Display will return to the standard operating screen
and the console is ready to use.
5. Remove the USB flash drive and store for future use, or erase the firmware and repurpose.
