Sollte da jemand rein zufällig die Basstabs haben, dann wäre ich sehr erfreut, wenn er/sie mir diese mal zukommen lassen könnte. Sei es per PN oder oder per Link ...

Also ich kenn das Ding nicht und kann aus dem Namen nicht erschließen, welches der Wörter den Interpreten und welches den Titel beschreibt... aber ich denke, wenn noch ein paar Leute auf der Welt außer dir das Lied kennen, wirst du bei google ganz bestimmt fündig!

Also diese Tipps mit SuFu und Google, Tabcrawler, ... gebe ich selber sehr gerne, dementsprechend habe ich mich solcher Quellen bereits bedient, wenn ich eine Anfrage stelle. Da bin ich leider nicht fündig geworden.

Captain Sensible nannte sich der Gitarrist der "Damned", einer Punkformation aus England. Er hatte mit "Wot" 1982 einen bombastischen Soloerfolg, dass Ding wurde damals rauf und runter gedudelt und selbst die meisten "Jungspunde", die ich kenne, kennen das Lied. -Wenn auch vielleicht nicht vom Namen her.

Bin heute noch Fan von dem Lied. Das erinnert mich an die beste Zeit die es je gab, die 80´er.
War Captain Sensible nicht aus Australien? Und heißt der Titel nicht "What" ? Kann mich auch irren.
Kann nur mit dem Text dienen. Habe auch keine Tab´s gefunden.

Jou, der Text is´ weiter kein Problem.
Es heißt aber tatsächlich "wot", ich hatte früher mal die Maxi-CD (na klar!) und habe hier ein Bild des Covers gefunden, dass hänge ich mal an.

Edit:
Soweit ich weiß, kommen "The Damned" aus England. Es gibt die Band heute noch und auch Captain Sensible ist noch mit dabei.
