Hi, bin gerade erst durch nen freund von mir aufs Musiker Board aufmerksam geworden.
Schreibe gerade an einem neuem Song für meine Band, musik und melodie stehen schon fest, aber ich bin mit meinem Text noch etwas unzufrieden.
Was würdet ihr am Refrain ändern ? Genau der ist es nämlich der mich noch stört.

'How good are my stupid songs?'

Ah fast vergessen. ist eher die Rockige richtung.
Inhalt ist meine derzeitige Konfuse Situation und dass ich ein wenig unterstützung durch meine freunde brauche.

Ich versuch mal was, muß aber gestehen, dass ich Deine Botschaft oder den Sinn nicht ganz entziffern konnte. Irgendwas scheint die Person immer wieder aus der Bahn zu werfen oder besser: zwischen verschiedenen Bahnen hin und her.
Die Lösung soll sein, that he/she takes control.
So weit in Ordnung?

And I ask myself on the hill Ist hier hill nur des Reimes gesetzt? Oder gibt es eine Assoziation zu "fool on the hill"?

'Is she the girl?'' what's going on?'
'How good are my stupid songs?' Ich finds ein bißchen nun ja innerhalb eines songs darauf anzuspielen, ob der song gut ist oder so - ist aber Geschmacksache

Bridge:
I need you I need you Jetzt taucht zum ersten Mal ein "Du" auf. Brauchst Du ihn, damit er (für Dich/über Dich) Kontrolle gewinnt, weil Du es selbst nicht schaffst? Oder wünscht Du Dir, dass Du selbst die Kontrolle übernehmen kannst?

Hi,
Das mit den Tracks hast du richtig verstanden
hatte mich vertippt (siehe oben) soll natürlich "life" heißen.

Das im refrain soll eine anspielung auf Selbstgespräche sein.
Man ist alleine und fragt sich selbst...

Die "unknown things" sind sachen die einen immer wieder aus der bahn werfen und von den eigentlichen gedanken ablenken.
Die in '' stehenden fragen sind die 'deepest thoughts'.

Das 'I need you' hast du ebenfalls richtig interpretiert, hier ist die suche nach einer Helfenden Person die die Kontrolle übernehmen soll, weil man sie selbst verloren hat.


Ist wohl etwas verwirrend Tschuldige
Das was ich zuändern beabsichtige sind 2.Strophe und die ersten beiden Verse des Refrains
