Hallo Freunde 
Da ist es also, das erste 'ernsthafte' Projekt, dass ich mit meiner Band ab heute offiziell verfolge: Pillars of the Earth, nach dem gleichnamigen Roman von Ken Follett. Das Buch fasziniert mich dermaßen, dass ich unmengen an Text dazu schreiben kann. Aber nun zum Plan: Wir möchten eine Reihe an Liedern, vier an der Zahl, komponieren, die alle durch den Text zusammenhängen und sich gegenseitig ergänzen. Zwei Texte erzählen aus der Perspektive von Tom Builder, dem Steinmetz, und zwei aus der von Philip, dem Prior. Hier will ich euch den ersten Teil, 'Sentinel of the poor' zur Schau stellen, den ich für meinen besten Text halte. Die Eingeklammerten Zeilen übernimmt der Background, teilweise wird zweistimmig gesungen. Viel Spaß, ich freue mich über jede Kritik

but i failed in all tasks of life
I can't feed my children

The cold winter has taken Agnes away
but i promise: It will not take my children
