since god brought you on that way Hier fände ich eine Metapher schöner. Auf den Weg bringen klingt für mich stark nach Postversand. Ist aber Geschmacksache.

Hier wechselst Du für meinen Geschmack sehr stark die Perspektiven: Von Aussen: Daddy - wirst Du ihn vermissen? warum nicht: daddy - will you miss me?
Dann wird klarer, dass es im folgenden um den kleinen Jungen (als lyrisches Ich) in Bezug zu den Eltern geht und da noch mal um den sich nicht kümmernden Daddy und die überforderte Mutter

Wenn ich mir ein Bild der Situation mache, merke ich, dass ich das Alter des Kindes, um das es geht, nicht wirklich zu packen bekomme. Mal ist es ein Baby. Mal wird es als little Boy beschrieben. Geht es um unterschiedliche Entwicklungsstadien - also um einen zeitlichen Verlauf? Das wird nicht deutlich.
In Bezug auf ein Baby kommen mir die Zeilen: is it all because of me / I don´t think so unpassend vor: ein Baby würde seine Unerwünschtheit spüren, würde aber noch nicht darüber nachdenken. Ein Junge von etwa 4-5 Jahren könnte in etwa so sprechen.

Ich finde, dass der Text gut ist.

ja, da ist immer ne kleine versteckte entwicklung drinne. ich könnte auch in der 1. zeile "crying little lovely" schreiben.
Es soll ein Zwiegespräch zwischen dem bereits Erwachsenen und dem verletzten inneren Kind darstellen.

Das kommt beim Lesen bei mir nicht rüber.
Könnte man eventuell vom Gesang her deutlich machen.

Oder Du setzt ne kleine Rahmengeschichte davor:

heared a baby weep at night.

Und dann geht´s mit Deinem Text weiter.
