ein paar Anmerkungen zu Deinem Text (und nicht so schnell pushen - das ist kein Lieferservice hier ... ):

Was soll das heißen? Du verwirrst mich mit Deiner Art Deines Typs? Finde ich eher doppelt-gemoppelt ...

Vor Neugier platzen heißt bursting with curiosity ...

das ist eher umständlich und zu sehr Wort für Wort übersetzt: But I don´t know wether you´re thinking / what I (do) fear most

I wouldn't know it.
dito: But if you´re thinking what I assume oder halt think you´re thinking / I wouldn´t like to know. ist halt schon sehr verkopft, das Ganze, aber ich denke dass das halt zum Lyrischen Ich gehört, oder?

Da ist eine ganz schöne Spannung drin, dadurch dass eben offen gelassen wird, was nun das Lyrische Ich hören oder nicht hören will bzw. fürchtet. Gleichzeitig ist ja auch der Zustand des Nichtwissens auch kein sonderlich entspannter, so dass hier doch schon einiges brodelt. Das wird ein bißchen konterkariert durch unnötig komplizierte und verschachtelte Sätze, die eher typisch für das Deutsche sind und im Englischen eigentlich wenig verwendet werden. Vielleicht wäre hier auch ein Bild oder eine Metapher ganz hilfreich ...

Ansonsten kann der Text aber so bleiben und wird auch verstanden werden, denke ich.
In welche Richtung geht es denn musikalisch?

Hi.!

Danke für die grammatikalischen verbesserungen, die halfen auch dafür, dass es besser fließt.
Was soll man machen als Deutscher? Da neigt man schon öfter dazu typisch deutsche Texte zu schreiben. xD
Vom musikalischen her denke ich so in richtung Rock alá Paramore oder sowas wie NeverShoutNever.
