Volcano Song, nicht mehr ganz mein erstes

Hier ist mein erster eigener Text, der mich selber richtig bewegt hat, ich würde mich über Meinungen, Anregungen, Kritik oder auch nur Aufmerksamkeit freuen.

Volcano Song

From the hilltops,
down to the valley,
these gentle slopes
I must traverse.

From the foothills,
over the lowlands,
I'll taste every inch
of this foreign land.

Refrain (?)
Down to the bottom,
I'm in all the way.
All I can do now,
is hang on, for the ride.

In the deep south,
lies a volcano,
a scent so sweet
I want to drown

Intoxicated,
my mind is reeling.
I love it here,
but I must move on.

klingt interessant... jedoch sehr einfaches englisch benutzt... hätt mich gefreut wenn da mehr sätze gebildet werden würden die einer erzählung ähnlen
