it seems like we're going back to the time
when our unsuspecting minds were able to
deny our fate.
but this night our eyes slowly filled with tears
while the sound of the awaking city left us
with nothing more than a few touches.
when the uncertainty is gone, will we be left
with the taste of what we used to call 'affection'
or will it all end up in real passion
for more than we could ever imagine?

so weiß jetzt nicht, ob das alles so passt vom grammatikalischen her bzw. von der wortwahl, also immer her mit verbesserungen.

sprachlich:
soweit ich das als normaldeutscher englischleser sehe, sind technisch keine groben schnitzer drinne.

struktur:
du lässt hier natürlich keinerlei struktur ran, was mir persönlcih weniger gefällt bei liedtexten.
das ist imo mehr ein kurzer rohgedanke, den ich noch schleifen würde um ihn in ein lied zu packen(story?). allerdings kommts wie immer auf die musikalische umsetzung an, die ja bekantlich alles legitimiert
