Drowning our memories in a glass of champagne
Build up your walls through a line of cocaine
Kill your feelings for the other people’s pain

Left your memories
in the old days
Future sign’s will passing by
Evolution´s crossing lost way´s
Where’s the triumph of mind over matter?
take a prayer to our god
But it’s not the solution for us

Hurry of a daily life, is the heart of the matter
Too much money went in drinks, to lay the ghost´s of the past
Speaking with a bad grace "I have no time. I send you a letter".

Netter Text, anbei in Rot ein paar Vorschläge und wenig Verbesserungen (Plural wird nicht durch Apostroph abgetrennt). Weiter so!!

look(ing) around and see(ing) the world's battle fields our world of killing fields

Where's your mind?
Where all the things to call (that make us humans) us humans?

And I wish,
I were young,
too young to understand.

Drown our memories in a glass of champagne
Build up your (our) walls through a line of cocaine
Kill your (our) feelings for the other people's pain (Look away from other people's pains)

Left your memories
in the old days (times? - reimt sich besser?)
Future signs passing by (...will be passing by...oder..passing by...)
Evolution´s crossing lost ways Das Apostroph gehoert da nicht hin
Where's the triumph of mind over matter? over materia(?), over battle(?)
take (Say) a prayer to our (your) God
But it's not the solution for us (but it ain't the solution...)

Hurry of a daily life, is the heart of the matter (versteh den Sinn nicht: Vll." Daily life's hurry is our major concern..?)
Too much money went (was spent on drinks) in drinks, to lay (to sooth the pasttime ghosts) the ghost´s of the past

Hallo Captain0492,
habe mal versucht diese Textkorrekturen so eingesungen. Na, ja hat schon mal besser geklungen.
Aber es fällt mir schwer dieses "looking und seeing around" zu singen. Auch das "to much money was spent on drinks".
Wäre toll wenn ich hier ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge bekommen könnte.

Betrifft das ing an der Endung: Das ing wird nur beutzt, wenn man es regelmäßig macht. Also schaut man sich regelmäßig die Welt an uns sieht dabei regelmäßig die Zersörung, dann ist seeing und looking angebracht. Ansonsten look und see. Obwohl kein großer Unterschied zwischen look und see ist, was dann wieder zu bemängeln wäre.

Wie wär´s mit:

here I am
turn around and see........

Zu gut deutsch, ich dreh mich um und sehe....

damit wäre vor zumindest der Anfang des Stückes besser.
Bleibt nur die Stelle "to much money was spent on drinks".

Falls irgend jemanden was besseres einfällt, immer her damit!
