mfg :)

For the old Blink 182 stuff try this preset:
Green Crunch
Drive 10
Bass 4
Mid 6
Treble 10
Channel Volume 10
Mod Effects N/A
Delay/Echo N/A
Reverb N/A
----------------------------------
For more recent Blink 182, and a few of the other bands you're talking about, try this tone:

Red Metal
Drive 10
Bass 5
Mid 9
Treble 10
Channel Volume 10
Mod Effects N/A
Tape Echo 1
Tap Tempo 200bpm (or faster)
Reverb 4

That's more the "professional studio punk sound".
----------------------------------
Thrice TAITA:
Amp Model: Green Metal
Drive: 3 o'clock (STOMP on)
Bass: 2 o'clock
Mid: right between 12 and 1 o'clock
Treble: 3 o'clock
Reverb : 8-9 o'clock
I have my master volume at 4 and my channel at 5 when i play thrice in my house
----------------------------------

Killswitch Engage Setting (To End the Heartache)
Amp Model: Green Insane
Drive: 2 o'clock (STOMP on)
Bass: for this one i tried to model their new album so i had it on 1 or 2 o'clock try both see which one u want
Mid: FUCK NO, DONT PUT MIDS IN THIS SHIT
Treble: 3-4 o'clock Killswitch is very trebly, it gives u that chugga chugga sound
Channel volume: i have mine at like 1 o'clock and master volume at like 4
Reverb: a little but not too much try 8-9 o'clock
Master: usually 4 when im in my house
----------------------------------

Thrice Illusion of Safety: (This is the setting i used to do both Deadbolt covers)
Amp Model: Green Metal
Drive: a little past 3 o'clock (STOMP on)
Bass: For Lead go 11-noonish, for dustins parts go 2 oclock or more
Mids: I keep em around 11 o clock cause thats like the minimum u can have with Green metal and still get a decent sound
Treble: 2-3 o'clock
Reverb: Same as the two settings above
Master: 4 when im in my house
CHannel volume: like 4 or 5
----------------------------------

Excellent "Heavy as Fuck Sound" I made up:
Amp: Red Metal
Drive: 3 o'clock
Bass: 2-3 o'clock
Mids: none-9 o'clock
Treble: 2-3 o'clock
Channel: Maxed
Reverb: 10 o'clock
Master Volume: 4 or 5
Add some chorus if u want, i dont really like a lot of chorus but some it sounds good.
----------------------------------

This should give you a pretty standard, but imo nice warm clean tone

model: red clean
drive: 11
bass: 8
mid: 6-7
treble: 9
chan vol: 11
(master vol: 3)

reverb: none
other fx: none
----------------------------------

GOOD CLEAN SOUND: This is a very angelic, pure sounding clean tone.
Clean Green

Drive: 0
Bass: 8
Middle: 6
Treble: 10

Chorus:Barely on
Delay: In the middle
Reverb: 0

Noise Gate: On
Drive Boost: Off
Presence: On

----------------------------------

GOOD HEAVY SOUND: This is a heavy sound thats good for chugga-chug palm muting as well as shredding and sweep picking and stuff.

Insane Green

Drive: 7.5
Bass: 10
Middle: 2
Treble: 5.5

Chorus: Whatever
Delay: Whatever
Reverb: off

Noisegate: On
Drive Boost: On
Presence: Off

----------------------------------

I figured out B.B. Kings setting!
crunch amp setting
drive 4
bass 5.5
mid 7
treble 9
I use a les paul with both the top and bottom pickups and use their respective volume knobs for tone control also you should add a taste of reverb so it doesn't sound too empty.
It's a rockin blues sound

----------------------------------

hey for that iron man sound
metal amp
drive 6
bass 10
mid 6
treble 5
and add a little reverb

----------------------------------

Lets see, i have a pretty good atreyu tone with red metal
Amp: Red metal
Drive: SNABK: 8-9, Curse: Full, (for curse i go green metal cause it sounds better)
Bass: cranked
Mids: low, 1-3
Treble: noonish to 1 o clock
FX: if u add some chorus with red metal is sounds more like a recto, so put it just past where it says chorus/flange on the knob, usually i only use chorus on songs like Lip gloss and A song for the optimists
Reverb: 4 (not 4 oclock, 4)
master and chann volume to taste.

----------------------------------

Gainy insane setting:
AMP:GREEN INSANE
DRIVE:7
BASS:10
MID:4
TREBLE:10
MOD: 0
DELAY: 0
REVERB:0
Noise gate ON.
Arteyu/chunky metal setting:
AMP: RED METAL
DRIVE:10
BASS:10
MID:4
TREBLE:9
MOD:0
DELAY:0
REVERB:2
Noise gate ON.

----------------------------------

Slipknot/gainy metal setting:
AMP: GREEN METAL
DRIVE:7
BASS:10
MID:5.5
TREBLE:10
MOD:0
DELAY:0
REVERB:1
Noise gate ON.
