ich glaube, through the eyes of the dead wurde noch nicht erwähnt. ...achja und soilwork und machine head machen ja wohl ganz bestimmt keinen metalcore. eher neothrash bzw. melodic death

Also bands wie Chimaira, Trivium und Unearth würd ich jetz nicht unbedingt als Metalcore bezeichnen.

Jo, das habe ich auch grade gedacht, als ich Chimaira und Trivium auf Seite 1 gelesen habe

Sicherlich ist auch ein wenig Hardcore in deren Musikstil, aber das ist ja nicht alles

Soilworkm ist doch kein metalcore
Ich bin auch nicht so der metalcore Fan aber As I Lay Dying, Chimaira, Caliban und Trivium sind nicht so schlecht. Ich kenn mich da auch nicht so besonders aus und kenn davon auch nicht so viele Bands. Ist also für mich unerforschtes Gebiet.
Ist eigentle bullet for my Valentine auch Metalcore? NWOAHM(New wave of American Heavy Metal) ist ja eigentle ne Abspaltung davon.

Machine Head ist auch kein metalcore - das ist entweder heavy oder Trash Metal

Ich bin nicht so Gruppenspezielisiert.

Eigtl. habe ich nichts dagegen wenn Neaera (meiner Meinung nach fälschlicherweise) in die Metalcore Ecke gestellt wird. Aber dann Winter Solstice als ein Gemisch aus Death, Thrash und Metalcore zu bezeichenen geht dann ja mal gar nicht.

sry ich hör das grindcore + bm + kawas.nsbm auch normalerweise nicht.. hab nur gedacht, das klingt relativ gleich... schrieb ichs halt mal rein


ABER eins weiss ich genau!! Dass BURY YOUR DEAD sicher kein metalcore sind... denn ich höre seeeeeeeeehr viel metalcore.. und ich ordne byd sicherlich HC zu!!
