Access Virus B , defekt hilfe ,???

Access Virus B als Rack Version.

Hatte mein Virus seid einen Jahr nicht eingeschaltet.
Nun hat er folgenden Fehler, er bekommt über das original Netzteil Strom und er zeigt ständig das Betriebssystem an und macht wohl ständig einen neustart, da LED,s alle drei Sekunde kurz aufblinken.
Und weiter geht es nicht. Mist.
Netzteil überprüft sowie Austausch probiert.
Nach Benutzerhandbuch Reset probiert, alles ohne Auswirkung.
Was könnte den da los sein.

Hallo SCHorSCH

Die Speicherbatterie war es nicht ! neue eingesetzt und die alte hatte auch noch 2,8 Volt.
Das mit dem Kondensator auswechsel wird es sein und habe diesen jetzt bestellt.
Berichte aber mal nach einbau... dauert aber noch ein wenig, muss zeit dafür finden.

Dieser Tipp mit Bilder etc. war echt auf dem Punkt !
Hatte ja lange keine Lust, zu Löten. Aber 100% das Teil lüpt wieder.
(jetzt ohne System Absturz und ohne ewig Neustart)


, jetzt die nächste dumme Frage ( LOL ) wie spiele ich schnell und gut wieder tolle Sound,s drauf...
Bestimmt per midi , Ahnung welche Software und wo bekomme ich das richtige Sound Feedback.
Jarre, Techno, Trance, Piano etc. ???

Hallo telesys,

sounds kannst du mit jeder DAW software auf den virus hochladen. Hier das Rezept:
1. Set the MIDI RX setting from Control menu to EditBuffer
2. Load the bank MIDI file to a sequencer.
3. Check that there is no SysEx filter activated on the sequencer.
4. Set the tempo to really slow (40bpm or even less)
5. Now start the playback. The patches should load one by one to your Virus' edit buffer (if you seem to get only one patch, the playback is too fast. Try to slow down the tempo more). Pause the playback when a patch is loaded and if you like the patch, store it (if you're loading my soundset, you'll have to store frequently... or not). Then just start the playback again until a new patch is loaded and pause.

Ansonsten kann ich dir den VCommander (http://www.solar3d-software.com/) empfehlen, funktioniert einwandfrei. Alternativ den HC editor von mystery islands (https://www.mysteryislands-music.com/product/access-virushc-audiounit-vsti-editor-librarian-plug-in/), scheint v.a. bei mac-usern gut zu funktionieren, bei mir crashed er die DAW. Kosten beide um die 50 EUR, beide haben umfangreiche library- und editier-Funktionen.
