Aus der Songkiste von TISCATUT: Isn't Life Great

Verse 1/1
You know, right the other day i ran into this boy
he got the eyes of paris and a smile of luck and joy

Break:
Bumblebees, running flees
falling down on my knees

Verse 1/2
You know, right the other day This boy and i went out
we have been in love since then oh man how am i proud

Chorus:
Its getting all better
(all better, all better)
and reaching it's best
(Isn't life great?)

Verse 2/1
You know, right the other day i passed my last exam
that's good, I'm feeling great wait till studies began

Verse 2/2
You know, right the other day i stood for a job
chef said I'm best around and so the job i got

Danke,

Isn't Life Great Evlt: Ain´t life great - hat mehr street credibility

Verse 1/1
You know, right the other day i ran into this boy
he got the eyes of paris and a smile of luck and joy

Break:
Bumblebees, running flees
falling down on my knees

Verse 1/2
You know, right the other day This boy and i went out
we have been in love since then oh man how am i proud dieses how am i proud gefällt mir irgendwie nicht so - vlt: guess I´m really proud ?

Chorus:
Its getting all better
(all better, all better)
and reaching it's best
(Isn't life great?)

Verse 2/1
You know, right the other day i passed my last exam
that's good, I'm feeling great wait till studies began

Verse 2/2
You know, right the other day i stood for a job stood for a job? stand for heißt eher sowas wie eintreten für und nicht Schlange stehen/anstehen/sich bewerben ...
chef said I'm best around and so the job i got so the job I got - da bemüßt Du die literarische Freiheit arg - aber Du brauchst was, was sich auf job reimt, oder? So mal aus dem Bauch raus: chef said, I´m the best around so I climbed to the top oder so

statt "stood for" vielleicht "applied for a job".
