What kind of guitar does Ben Harper play?

Ben made a name for himself on the Weissenborn lap slide guitar, and continues to play Weissenborn-style guitars to this day.

Currently he prefers Cole Clark Guitars out of Australia. In addition to other models, he plays the Violap for "Ground On Down", and may end up using it for other songs. The pickups vary by model, and include Double Humbuckers, Single Coil Horseshoes, Acoustic Systems, Dual Outputs, etc.

Ben also uses Justin Saine lap slides ("Temporary Remedy", "Pressure Drop"), Asher Lap Slide Guitars, Maton Acoustic Guitars, Fender electric guitars, and in the studio, the David Dart Bowl-Back Slide Guitar.
